All items are final sale. Due to the handmade nature of our ceramics, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

Damages & Order Issues

Each item is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at heartfield.design@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and determine how best to resolve it.

We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery, including breakage caused by accidental dropping or improper handling.

Color & Variation Disclaimer

Please note that all ceramics are individually handmade. Variations in size, shape, glaze, and color are expected as part of the uniqueness of each piece. Additionally, while we do our best to represent product colors accurately, slight differences may occur due to screen settings or lighting.

International Orders

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may be charged by your country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs.
