Processing Time

All orders are handmade and shipped from Toronto, Canada. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before shipment.

For pre-orders or advance orders, shipping timelines may exceed standard processing times. In these cases, the estimated shipping date will be communicated by the maker directly. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we create your item with care.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Canada and the Continental United States only. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as Canada Post, USPS, or other major courier services. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Customs & Import Fees (U.S. Orders)

Buyers in the U.S. are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee and may be collected upon delivery.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or orders marked as delivered but not received. Please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.

Damaged Items

Each item is carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at heartfield.design@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assess the issue and determine next steps.
